Our goal is your living experience, being as seamless as possible. At The Parker, we are pleased to offer both on-site maintenance and on-site management teams for your convenience!

Residents have the convenience of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal.

We offer gated garage parking for an additional $225 per month.

Our apartment homes are unfurnished, but we can refer you to CORT Furniture to meet your needs.

Our apartment homes are cable ready and pre-wired for high-speed internet.

Residents have the convenience of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal.

Our renters insurance requirement is $100,000 in personal liability coverage. You may choose your preferred provider.

Yes, we offer an early lease termination option. Please reach out to our office directly for details. 

Utility fees are payable on the resident portal or resident app along with rent; utilities are not included in the rent amount. Electric is paid directly to our provider, Portland General Electric.
