Our goal is your living experience, being as seamless as possible. At The Parker, we are pleased to offer both on-site maintenance and on-site management teams for your convenience!

Residents have the convenience of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal. 


Every apartment home includes 1 reserved carport space. We also offer free, unreserved parking on our surface lot. Residents can opt for private garages which range from $125-150 based on key or remote access.

Our apartment homes are unfurnished, but we can refer you to CORT Furniture to meet your needs.

Residents have the convenience of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal.

Our renters insurance requirement is $100,000 in personal liability coverage. You may choose your preferred provider.

Yes, we offer an early lease termination option. Please reach out to our office directly for details. 

Utility fees are payable on the resident portal or resident app along with rent; utilities are not included in the rent amount. Electric is paid directly to our provider, Puget Sound Energy.
